Responsible for case management of participants who enter through the DVR program and monitoring those who have successfully completed the program, Supported Employment Outcome Based (SEOB).
Megan Pristash has an education background in Human Services. She completed her Associate degree in Human Services through WITC- Superior in 2014. She will be attending the University of Wisconsin- Superior in the fall of 2021 where she will earn her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Megan has been with the company in total coming up on 3 years. Megan first began her employment with SVC as a Case manager, and now supports individuals with disabilities accomplish their goals of employment as a Division of Vocational Rehabilitation case manager.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with family, especially her niece, Harper. Megan also enjoys cooking, reading, anything that is related to the topic of psychics, golfing, swimming, road trips and concerts.
She enjoys helping others in discovering what their passions and dreams are when they trying to find employment within the communities of Superior WI and Duluth MN. To be a support for an individual with a disability in assisting them to find a job that they truly enjoy, that is the ultimate goal! She believes everyone should be able to do what they want to do in life and together, barriers can be broken down and overcome. When a DVR consumer finds what drives them and when the individual is happy doing it, there is no greater accomplishment. Knowing that we accomplished their goal together has been very rewarding for me and I love that kind of outcome!
