Responsible for directing the work services provided in this well-established service organization serving people with disabilities.

Douglas “Doug” Magdzas has been with the company for almost 20 years.  He has worked in the community with participants the for the majority of his time with the organization.  He enjoys working with our participants, seeing the satisfaction on their faces and how proud they are when a job is completed.  He enjoys spending time with his wife at their camper and kayaking down the St. Croix River.  He also enjoys hunting, fishing with his two sons and occasionally partaking in a golf outing.
