Debra Gergen is retired but lends her 36 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector to Embark. During her career Deb worked on developing work skills to enhance an individual’s independence and experiences in different work settings.  Her community involvement included accessibility of transportation services in the area, United Way, lead paint information committee and a number of other committees to enhance knowledge of community employment /resources for individuals with developmental disabilities.
