Responsible to provide case management to participants who enter the program through a Managed Care Organization.

Dawn Olson has been with Embark supported employment since 2016. She started out with Embark as a job coach, then became the Production Coordinator and in 2020, she moved into her present position in Case Management. Before working here, she had spent the past 19 years working as a Special Education Paraprofessional at the School District of Superior. She has always been drawn to care for children, elderly, and/or individuals with disabilities. She has owned and operated her own daycare, worked as a Personal Care Worker through local agencies including IRIS and in a memory care unit for an Assisted Living Facility.

In her spare time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandson, friends, camping, pontooning, going on ATV rides, traveling, scrapbooking, playing Bunko and fully enjoying summers!

Dawn finds true gratitude working in this field by providing opportunities for individuals to have a chance with inclusion in their work, home, and personal environment.
